Our Story
Our story started in the 1920's in a small village in the mountains of Sinaloa, Mexico. That small village was Coasala and is now a small town of less than ten thousand. It was here that Abuela Corrales prepared meals for her family and eventually passed her recipes on to her son Ricardo's wife Lupita. Lupita spent a lot of time in the kitchen mastering those recipes and creating her own. Today we prepare those recipes for you and take great pride and care in the food we deliver to you. We promise to treat you like family!
